Our one bedroom apartment is at 2624 8th Avenue (near Ivy Dr. is in an older building on Ivy Hill, not far from Lake Merritt & Grand Ave. / Lakeshore area (Trader Joe's, Grand Lake Theatre, etc.) It has a great layout with lots of windows, excellent closet space, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. Heat, hot water, and cooking gas are all included in the rent. Approximately 750 square feet. Gentle pets are OK. This unit is on the second floor and gets lots of natural light. There is only street parking. We will be showing the apartment by appointment only at this time. The apartment is available immediately. This is a very quiet building with responsible, hard-working residents. Quite frankly, we take seriously the right of each resident to the "quiet enjoyment" of their home. Of course, it's an apartment building and there's always some ambient noise, but if you're the type who listens to music or TV at high volumes and loves to party at home, this is not the place for you. One year lease, tenant responsible for their PG&E.
