I need someone to sublease my apartment at the Pointe at Central ASAP I am looking for somebody to sublet my apartment from January-July! Rent is $495 and January would be free. You would have your own room and share a bathroom. Utilities, Wi-Fi, cable included, and its fully furnished. Its about 3 minutes from campus and has a shuttle Monday thru Saturday. It is an all girls apartment so would prefer if only females tried! Living with 3 other girls. All very nice, respectful, and clean. My neighbors are all really cool also and overall had a good experience living here. Wish I could stay but I graduated and non-students can't live here. Please contact me if interested.
