This Maplewood apartment is a beautifully updated unit with new laminate flooring, new kitchen cabinets, tile work, and an updated bathroom. This all-electric unit is easy to maintain, and it is centrally located. We are within walking distance to the St. Louis Metro Link. A charge of $52 per adult is the fee for the application if you decide you would like to apply for this apartment. Our requirements to become our tenant are standard to the industry. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon. We offer a yearly lease for new tenants. These are non-smoking units. Cats can live with the tenant, but we must be told upfront about the pet. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250.00 is required for the first cat. Any additional cat is $50 per cat. We do not ask for any additional pet rent. If a tenant chooses to relocate after their one-year lease has been fulfilled, we require a 30-day written notice of their plans to relocate. When vacating the property, we expect the apartment to be left clean, and all personal belongings should be removed.
