Since the house is being cleaned and repaired after the former tenant moved out, a new contract will be available after August 8, 2025, or shortly thereafter. You may visit and see the house anytime at your convenience. In principle, the contract period is one year, but it can be extended for two years and renewed thereafter. Washer, and Lawn Mower are provided in favor of tenants' convenience without charging for rental fees, but tenants will either repair at out-of-pocket expenses or purchase their own for Washer, Dryer, and Lawn Mower when they are broken or services are needed.
