    Single room to sublet in spacious three-bedroom, two-bath apartment in Santa Monica! I'm looking for a clean, responsible person to take over my rent starting February 1st 2015 until August 2015, with a possibility of extending the lease. IF it is easier to move in end of January instead of February, I'd be happy to discuss that possibility in person or over email!My housemates and I are looking for a female renter, age range twenty to mid twenties. Renter must have a job and/or be a student. One of the girls who lives here has a full time job and the other is a full-time college student with a part-time job. Both have early hours, so it's important that whoever takes over this spot be work or school focused during the week!Since these two awesome girls already live here, the common room areas of the apartment are furnished! There are plenty of windows, lots of natural light, a kitchen with gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, balcony, and main room with a TV. Laundry facilities are included in the larger apartment complex. This is a PRIME location, extremely safe, with tons to do nearby! It's less that a mile from the beach, Main Street, a short drive from 3rd Street Promenade and Venice Beach, and walking distance from Santa Monica Community College. Two parking spaces are included and shared by housemates, and there's plenty of free street parking!The bedroom up for rent includes a large window and big closet with plenty of storage space! It comes unfurnished, but if you want to purchase my furniture (mattress, box spring, desk and lamp) I am more than willing to negotiate that!Rent is 850$/month not including utilities, which are an average of 60$/month.
