Living room with large TV stereo surround sound large sectional couch, small dining area and a galley kitchen. Home was remodeled a few years ago with new flooring and improvements to the kitchen. The home is on a small lot with a wooded area around the back. Renters are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as they wish. Rent can be discounted for yard work. Month-to-month or six months lease only. Small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis they need to be able to get along with my two cats which means just actively not chasing them constantly. If you keep odd hours, that is fine I'm not easily bothered or a light sleeper. Overnight guest are OK as long as I am able to meet them first adding an additional person to the rental agreement is $50 extra a week. If you have out of town guest for holidays or special occasions, it also is $50 extra if they will be staying more than three nights.
