Gas stove, newer refrigerator and dishwasher. It will not come furnished- we are just living here right now, so the pictures include our things. :) We just had a brand new high efficiency HVAC installed for cheaper PG&E, app controlled. Air conditioning as well. Newer water heater. AT&T is the only internet that has a good signal. Brand new high capacity washer and dryer included. Backyard- 1/4 acre that leads to a creek, with two story deck. No lawn/ grass to take care of. Some maturing fruit trees. Is fully fenced, but the fence leading to the creek is only 3 feet high. Shed available for tenant use. Front yard is easy to care for landscaping, a garden space with irrigation. Two car garage. No attic or crawl space access. Pet friendly. Actually, there's a very friendly neighborhood cat who has somewhat adopted us. She stays outside (we have pets she doesn't like), but we feed her and give her treats daily. We would very much prefer the new tenants continue this, I'll provide cat food through Amazon throughout the year. We are walking distance to West Park Elementary school. Very safe neighborhood with a strong family centric vibe- if you have kids, they should love it here. Within 7 mins to Lucky's, Browns Valley Market, and Grocery Outlet. Under 10 minutes to Bel Air shopping center with Target, Trader Joes, and Whole Foods. We are hoping to find renters that treat the house well and will take care of the outside neighborhood cat and the fruit trees. Rent is 3700/month, no utilities included, 2500 deposit. We will be running a credit check through RentPrep at our cost. All people living here above 18 must sign a lease.
