The shopping centers ( Marina Food, Daiso, safeway ) are just a 5 minute drive. Also within walking distance to James Logan High School, Union City Library & the union City Police station. The unit is located in a safe neighborhood, with a nearby trail to go for a run, bike ride or walk with your dog. If you would like to have your dog or cat, you will have to give a pet deposit. We have two dogs, a small schnauzer chihuahua mix and a medium size cockapoo. The Unit has been renovated recently, and with new amenities - Nice Cottage with your own entrance -One bedroom and bathroom a full kitchen with new refrigerator and air conditioning. - Wifi and garbage is included in the rent - Off-site laundry which 5 minute away by car. Requirements The rent will be due the first of every month and preferably a day or two early but not longer then a day late. We don't allow smoking inside the property. We are looking for one person or maybe two. Pet Deposit is 100 dollars. The first months rent and the deposit and pet deposit (if applicable) are due before moving in.
