I purchased this house just about a month an a half ago. I had plans to renovate it and rent it out. There is a single family house, a large shop and a small cottage. The combined rent would have been right around $1,600. Midway through the project personal issues arose that is causing me to sell. I MUST SELL THIS ASAP!
