The laundry room has a new high-load-capacity and efficient front load washer and dryer. The house is in a vibrant area of the city with easy access to public transportation, the University of Utah, Downtown Salt Lake City, Trolley Square, and so much more. The rental price includes the following owner paid utilities: water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, recycling, and Google Fiber internet with a mesh wifi network. Additionally, the rental includes a keyless lock on the back door and a large parking area (up to 4 vehicles) behind the house. Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a queen bed, a privacy wall with mounted shelves, a 41" flat screen TV with Roku, a closet, chest of drawers, and a linen closet. All kitchenware, cooking utensils, linens, and bathroom amenities are also included. I am only accepting single lease tenants, so if several non-family members are hoping to rent the property, the lease will only be with a primary applicant.
