No pets. To move in, you will need security deposit, first & last month. Application fee $100, for credit/background check. No Application will be accepted if you have not take a tour. Application fees are non-refundable. Once you've view the house, you will be on the waiting list. We will call you to come fill application. No Application fee will be collected until you've seen the house in person and called upon to fill the application.
