The kitchen is furnished and has a combination airfryer/microwave/convection oven , a 2 burnor induction cooktop, a nice size fridge and a keurig coffee maker. Utilities are included in rent. This home has a combo washer/dryer and small closet for hanging clothes. This is an Amish built Tiny Home and they don't make junk! This home is great for one or 2 people, there is a step ladder for sleeping loft access so not recommended for children due to height of step to loft and weight of step ladder. This home is on a large lot with room for parking 2 vehicles. Proximity to amenities is close only 1 mile away to restaurant , gas station and a dollar store. Big box store , walmart, and grocery store is 3 miles away. There is ondemand bus service to the area and we are only 3 miles to the railrunner train for access to Santa Fe and Albuquerque. UNM Hospital, ABQ is 39 minutes via I-25 Meta, Los Lunas is 15 minutes via I-25 Steps to the Rio Grande for miles of walking the river trail or fishing. 1/2 mile to a great 18 hole golf course too. Minimum lease is 3 months (or weekly rate on ABNB) , first month rent and security deposit is required. No pets and no smoking in the home. No smoking debris to be thrown on ground, must be picked up. Application is required. No parties or people not on the lease allowed to stay. Tenants must take their garbage to the dumpster provided on property. Vehicles to be parked in driveway and On street parking is ok. Any nonworking or broken item needs to be reported to maintainence man in a timely fashion.
