We have a view of Utah Lake and the mountains are less then a half mile from the house. There are trails for off-road vehicles. Our neighborhood is across Redwood from the state Marina. It is a wonderful neighborhood with friendly, outgoing neighbors. Our neighborhood is committed to keep crime out, and our neighborhood watch program is going strong!!! It is a very family-friendly area.
