This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house for rent. One of the bedrooms was an addition at some point and is rather large. Would be perfect for 2 beds or 2 bunk beds. It has a covered 2-car carport with an attached storage room that could either be used as a workshop or for storing your things. It has an open family room that is connected to a sitting area that could also be great as a computer nook. It also has a glass-in sunroom and a fairly large back yard. There is a storage shed at the back of the property for storing a mower, tools, etc. There are neighbors on only one side and they are down a hill a bit so it feels pretty private.Tenant pays for all utilities. Tenant also maintains the yard and takes care of garbage pick-up. If you have a pet, we must approve it before a lease is signed.
