Condo is fully furnished, with dinning room table, dishes, and cooking utensils. Balcony over looks the mountain range behind it, Casinos in close proximity, and snow skiing resort is about 20 minutes away. Can be rented short term for $200 a night, except for Christmas week which is $225. Short term rental, utilities will be paid by owner. If it is long term rental, it's only available from now till the end of April 2021. Utilities for long term are responsibility of the tenant which will only be electricity. Water is covered by the owner. T.V. and internet are provided. We have an onsite contact.
