A plus for this townhome is that it is on the west corner of the property so no structure or neighbor to your west, so you benefit with amazing sunlight, and fresh Seabreeze. During our summer and fall months when we get the occasional rain just sit back and enjoy your large smart flat screen TV and enjoy your favorite movie or show while the rain rolls in and out and then go for a nice late afternoon or early evening walk. Great seafood restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There really is no reason to use your car if you want to walk and bike during your stay. I do recommend going to these close local downtowns while you visit, Ozona, Palm Harbor, and Dunedin. They are only 5-10 minutes away by vehicle, and if you want to go to Greece for the day make sure you go to the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs which is about 20-25 minutes by vehicle.
