I bought this home 15 years ago from a couple who bought the home in 1965. Signs of their idealic family life abounded the home including their Lincoln and wood paneling marking the height of their two boys as they grew older. Since buying the home I redid the flooring including removing the carpeting and refinishing the wood floors, replacing the heating and cooling system, replacing the roof including the garage, fixing drainage issues, and adding a dishwasher. Currently the hot water tank, garbage disposal and front and back doors need to be replaced. The neighborhood is fun yet stable with several policemen living on the block alongside their hard working neighbors.
