I but a new furnished stove and refrigerator for the property. also had new fixtures installed. and a little remodeling. the house has 1 master bedroom and 2.more bedrooms. big back yard and big front yard. had central A/c and heating. house has a tool shed. has great neighbors and clean streets. the house has additional.closets in the house tonstore belongings. the house is less than 5 min away from schools, and grocery stores. its ready to be lived in. security deposit of 2,000 will be return to you when your lease is over and you vacate the property. no smoking inside,pet are allowed, its a 1 year lease and could be available for renewal yearly. the front yard will have to be kept clean at all times with city regulations, drive way fits 2 or possible 3 cars for parking, no parking allowed on the dirt ground in accordance with north las vegas house ordinance there is a trailer in the back yard and is not included in the lease nor is it part of the rental agreement. the camper trailer is not in use and just holds my persona belongings, the camper trailer is not in the way, the back yard is huge and so is the front yard. the house has home warranty so any problems with the house gives us a call and we will have the warranty or my property manager handle it and get it to ready conditions right away.
