We hope someone else can enjoy our beloved house by the river. This is our four BR/four bath with a front balcony and easy access to Old Mill Park and the Heritage Trail. A fenced in backyard with hardscape and a grassy area make great use out of our property. The location can't be beat and we bike or walk to nearby Old Mill Park or downtown, or quickly walk through the park to go swimming in the river - great for families of all types. We have a front balcony and porch - great place to open a book and a beverage. Or enjoy the screened in back patio or backyard. This is a great house and we hope you enoy! Pet friendly. Renter is responsible for utilities.
