Rent fee covers ONE tenant, electricity, water, & garbage disposal. There's ONE free parking space. No pets, no smoking, or burning of candles or incense as they could pose a fire hazard. High speed WiFi is available, but for just $50.00 more per month. Security deposit ($950) is refundable in full, at the end of the lease contract 7-14 business days after tenant has vacated the propert/premises, provided there are no damages or repairs & replacements to be made in rental unit. If there are, any remaining balance after deductions will then be refunded to former renter with clearly written breakdowns of any deductions.
