The yard runs along the side of the house and has a sizable covered patio with tables chairs and a fire pit. There is also a gas grill on site for your use. After the first tank refill is your responsibility. This home is walking distance to the Tucson Mall and many other stores and restaurants in the area. Quiet time 9pm to 9am 2 Dogs are allowed. However the renter is responsible for repair or replacement of any damages the pets may do. Please use and put the trash cans designated for 264 out for pick up on Wednesday evening for pick up on Thursday.
