The apartment is a top unit 3 bedroom 2 bath. There is a dishwasher. Theres a laundry room. The master bedroom has a HUGE closet. I have never smoked in the unit and the carpet is brand new. The kitchen and bathroom flooring is new also. Its 785 month and includes water. The electricity is through Nolin and has ran us about 100 month. It really is a decent apartment and affordable but they wont allow my husband on the lease due to his background so I'd prefer to sublease it asap. The apartment is through buckingham and they have pics on their site as well. Thanks I am looking for someone to take over my lease thru November. I'm pretty sure they let you keep my deposit and you will just need to pay a background/credit check. Credit doesnt have to be great. Mine was a 400 something. They will want past rental history. Also, if you have pets they make you pay a deposit for them.
