Very bright with lots of windows, large closets and eat in kitchen with plenty of cabinet space. 1 month rent and 1 month security Landlord will pay 1/2 of utilities. Parking provided off street. Tenant will provide names and SS numbers on ALL who occupy apt. NO EXCEPTIONS. Personal checks will not be excepted, money orders and Bank checks only Tenant must provide copy of renters insurance within 30 days of rental. All requests for additional family members to occupy apt will be in writing. Permission must be granted by the landlord ONLY BEFORE hand, in writing. 1 months rent and 1 month security to move in. Rent will be paid in full each month when due. All monies will be paid in full before apt and keys are released to tenant for occupancy.. Security will not be used for last month of rent or for any damages done by tenant or guests of tenant.. Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to apt, payable, separate from security deposit. Proof of apt insurance must provided within the first 30 days of occupancy.
