Perfect space for SUU students, resort staff, or faculty who need space fully furnished and for just the school year, October 16, 2024-May 1st, 2024. The basement apartment space is located in a historical home built in the 1920's. Space is set up for a student and only available September 10th until the end of SUU's spring semester April 30th. The private entrance on the south side of the house opens to a basement studio including a private living room (with a couch and a chaise lounge that flatten into extra beds), open bedroom (king bed) that can be made private with a wooden accordion divider wall, and a kitchen. This studio area is locked from the rest of the house. There is a private bathroom for this space as well across a private hallway near the bedroom door. The laundry room is shared and locks from your side of the space to maintain privacy. Since space is a basement studio, you may hear us walking around upstairs on our hardwood floors. We are mindful about this and tiptoe around when we take the kids to school early in the morning. Owner pays water, garbage, sewage, and internet. Tenant pays for gas and electric.
