Walking distance to town and bus to Boulder/Eldora. Pets ok, (to be discussed.) $1850 monthly rent plus utilities. Deposit and last month rent when lease is signed, first month due upon occupancy. No cigarette smoking at all on the property. MMJ ok outside. Tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn and snow removal. Lease 12 months. We would like the turnover to be in the summer so first lease will be until May/June/July 31, whichever is better for the tenant. If tenant wants to renew that is negotiable.
