We have decided to put our house on the market. We are not ready for showings yet. We will have it available for showings in the next couple of weeks. The metal roof was installed in 2016. The heat pump is less than two years old. We have city water and optimum internet. The home is located on a dead end road less than two miles from Pipestem State Park. An extremely quite and safe neighborhood. The home is located on a 1-acre lot which is surrounded by trees on all sides. We hate to sell it, but our family has grown and we need more room.
