Private room with one large window, has a bathroom directly outside the room. The home is very neat and organized. Includes a laundry room with the washer and dryer. Kitchen has all major brand new appliances. Prefer a non smoker as no smoking is allowed in my house. All utility fees are included in the monthly rental fee. The home will be a shared space. Rent is on a month-to-month basis. No security deposit is required. But I do prefer the first and last months rent upfront. Parking for one car will be directly in front of the home. I expect the renter to maintain the room in a clean and orderly manner.
