The one-story bungalow units provide additional privacy.The amenities include: hardwood floors/wall-to-wall carpeting, drapes, stove, kitchenette, front and back door entrance, and wall air conditioner. The building is professionally managed by an experienced staff, and they strive for a pleasant atmosphere and compatible neighbors! An application and a one time credit check fee of $30 per adult is required. (No fee for additional locations is required.) Gross monthly income, credit verification, and references are taken into consideration along with the ability to pay and number of people. Apartments are rented on a month-to-month basis after the required one-year minimum.
