Rent covers water, sewage and garbage; residents are only responsible for PG&E and wi-fi costs. We also provide and pay for weekly pest control and landscaping of common areas. Prior to signing a lease, you will be asked to submit an application, which will allow us to run a standard credit and background check. Pets are allowed with a $500 pet deposit in addition to the standard security deposit. Renters are not assigned parking spots and every renter is automatically entitled to a parking pass, free of charge. We have a 3D interactive virtual tour available upon request and we are offering limited in-person tours of our model (masks required and no symptoms exhibited). Renter is responsible for gas/electric and wifi.
