The move in date is flexible, but I am able to move out around the September 1st timeframe. Your share of the rent is $1130 a month and includes garage parking, access to the gym and indoor basketball court at the complex, as well as the two pools and multiple barbecue areas. Free access to the ART bus is also available which takes you right to the Pentagon City Metro or Crystal City Metro (both about a mile away). The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, washer/dryer and private balcony. We're close to Giant, Starbucks and Target, and about a mile from both the Pentagon City Mall and Shops at Shirlington. We're also conveniently located two streets from the 395 entrance by exit 7. You will be sharing the apartment with a 30 year old male, who is both respectful and clean, and very easy to live with. He enjoys relaxing during the week, and is usually up for watching sports and hanging out (and the occasional beer while watching sportscenter). He travels sometimes as well. The rooms are massive and includes their own private bathroom, and walk- in closet. The lease ends August 10th, 2014, with an option to renew.
