HIgh-speed internet is available in the area. No smoking or any kind, including vaping is allowed inside the home. The owner and 2 dogs live in a separate home on the same property. Borough zoning regulations prohibit us from having more than 3 dogs on the property. We cannot accept a tenant who has more than 1 dog. To rent this property we need excellent references from a previous landlord. Tenant pays for oil and electricity - currently, there is oil in the tank for you to use. Prospective tenants must show proof of income and have excellent previous landlord recommendations and good references.
