I would really say this is a one bedroom apartment and the other room is a den/office. The room size of the den/office is 7 11 x 9 11 so I would consider that too small to be a bedroom. But everyone has their opinion about things, whether it s about social justice policies, religion, politics or appropriate bedroom sizes. The room size of the other bedroom is 13 3 x 13 10. This is a nice old school apartment that features hardwood floors, exposed brick and the apartment has been freshly painted. But it doesn t have some amenities that people are looking for no laundry on site, no dishwasher, no off street parking, no central air. The heat is forced air and is paid by the tenant, along with the pro-rated share/use of water. The building consists of the three apartments and is self-managed.
