The house was built in 1991, we think. It has two large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs; downstairs has a bedroom and den, and a full bath. The den is actually a bedroom, but the septic permit is for 3 bedrooms, so when we bought it, we were told we can't say it has 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom/bathroom/den make a very nice setup for company - almost like their own suite. There is a large deck on the back of the house that overlooks the marsh. The house is oriented toward the water, so the driveway side is kind of plain. We had a new roof put on about 5 years ago.
