Hi, my name is Kat, and I'm currently looking for a roommate for a house I own in Grand Prairie. A little bit about the house, it's a three bedroom, one-story home. Has a nice front and backyard. Backyard is undergoing TLC (I moved in less than 6 months ago and I'm doing the yard one project at a time) and will have a nice canopied patio soon for summer. Dining and living room is furnished and there's garage room for storage, if needed. The room available has a walk in closet and pretty windows that let in a lot of light and has hardwood floors. The street is a cul-du-sac, so there isn't a ton of traffic. House is located right off I-20/great southwest parkway and is next to Grand Prairie outlet malls, regular grocery stores and less than 8 minutes from the parks mall. I do have two small dogs that have access to a doggy door during the day while I'm at work or class. I pretty much do my own thing and keep to myself. I'm neat and clean and expect the same from a housemate. I think it's pretty simple, just respect one another's space/property and everything should be fine. Rent is $400 a month and utilities are split evenly. Utilities include, water, electric, and internet. Bills usually run 90-140 (it's always a little higher in the summer to keep the house cooler) a This is a 6 month lease.
