You would be renting the largest room in the apartment with all utilities included It easily fits a King to Queen bed with room for so much more! There are currently only 2 people in the 4 bedroom unit, and we keep separate schedules and get along famously! There is a small dog here who also keeps his own schedule lol. The apartment is currently furnished with the exception of the bedroom for rent. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of several grocery stores and takeout places as well as small shops. Also near several bus lines, one of which is 24 hours. There is a carport included in the rent if you do have a car as well as on street parking. There is an $40 application fee, and a one time non-refundable $300 move in fee.
