Home was a model home for KB Homes Hidden Hills development. We are the first occupants and owners. There were $137,000 in upgrades/options included with the house to include fully paid for solar. We added a $4,000 Vivint Security System as well as just added a 44 feet by 3 feet cement sidewalk from the driveway to the back patio. None of the homes in ourcul de sac have any sidewalk or pavers. 2 homes are researching options to add a sidewalk. We also added a 5 ft X 12 FT concrete slap enclosed with matching 6 foot fencing around it.
