Laundry is in the next building ($1.50 each for wash and dryer), but is close enough to be considered "in-building". Giant stores is right opposite, Weis is 8 min away, Walmart is about a mile away. Very close to Tudek park, Sunset park, Penn State arboretum trails, and Bellefonte Central rail trail. No smoking is allowed indoors either. Ample parking space is available to all.
