There is no smoking indoors, lest it be weed and you have a set up for it to not pollute the entire aether. Pet's are permitted on case by case causation, not just for "service" babies. We all contribute around the property too, since it's a nice location and lots to do. It's wonderful when roomies are on board with shoveling snow and mowing. Indoors, everyone sweeps, wipes down counters, and keeps the bathroom clean as it's usually something cleaned daily. That means all roomies keep it clean and organized. We have had no issues with roomies monopolizing the bathroom as their own space but everyone is still capable of making it their personal space so feel free to leave your stuff in the bathroom as everyone has a place for their things.
