These units are 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with a single car attached garage with either a walk out patio, or a balcony and rent for $920 or $895 a month depending on the specific unit. . Rent includes gas (heat), water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater). Tenants are responsible for the electricity; phone, internet, and/or cable (If you want those services), and responsible for salting/sanding own driveway (if you want that done as well). Appliances include: stove/oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Unit has an in-wall A/C unit. Washer & Dryer are coin operated and located in the upper foyer area. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. We do not allow pets in our Cambridge I division. The security deposit is the same as one month's rent. Our leases are for one year (12 months) with a 60-day notice to vacate. After one year, the lease moves to what is called a 60-day-to-60-day tenancy.
