Cozy and freshly painted 2/1 guesthouse for rent right next to downtown lake mary, train station, and Seminole state college. Rent Includes electricity, water, internet, washer and dryer hookup, and monthly AC filters. My fiance and I live on the property but the guesthouse is totally separate (guesthouse is where the cars are parked in front of in the picture). I'm preferring a 12 month lease but we can negotiate if need be. We also have a pool that kids could accidentally easily get into. 1 dog or cat is fine. We have two dogs who are friendly, but we may have to see if our dogs would get along if you have one.
