Apartment is located in a two family house on the second floor. Tenant only parking lot. (permit required) It is in a "cul-de-sac like" street. All appliances are only one year old. Electric, heat and water are all included. Laundry room on site. Must have good credit. No pets and No smoking. We are not currently involved in any government programs.
