The cottage shares the building with our small winery (not a public winery or tasting room). A wine refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cooking supplies, coffee maker -- all included. This is a guest house on our family property. It is private with its own entrance but not a party house as it is in a quiet country neighborhood and there are others who live on our property. Of course, sharing an evening with a few friends in this beautiful setting is completely appropriate and encouraged. This property is not suitable for children and due to lack of storage would be ideal for one couple who enjoys entertaining on weekends (no large gatherings or events permitted). Minimum 30 day stays. Owners live on the property but in a different area. Ideally, no pets as our farm is not fenced. Willing to discuss for the ideal tenant. Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
