This is a 3bd, 1ba cottage with painted hardwood floors, and a spacious fenced-in backyard. Recent updates include a new water heater, HVAC repair, updated cabinets, and fresh paint on all walls and floors. We are looking for a long-term tenant who is excited to live here and will show the house respect. As the owners, we will show the same respect to the house and tenant. Unfortunately, we are not set up to accept Section 8. Small dogs and cats are allowed with an additional (refundable) security deposit and after we meet them. The house is available immediately but we expect to start a lease on January 1. You are welcome to move in early if we sign a lease before then. Tenant must be able to pass background check or sufficiently explain any credit or criminal issues. Security deposit is fully refundable. After the first year, we are open to a longer term lease to a good tenant.
