Very secure, gated community. Great neighbors, always willing to help or lend a hand when needed. The home features tile flooring throughout, a nice size kitchen with adequate cabinet space and granite countertops. The master bedroom has a small balcony, decent size walk-in closet, and bathroom with his/&her sinks, large tub and large stand alone shower. There is a good size space in between the bedrooms upstairs that can be used as an entertainment room , bedroom or den. Two full bathrooms upstairs and half bathroom downstairs. There is a two car garage, and a lovely courtyard shared by friendly neighbors. There is a large, beautiful lake with walking/jogging path, excellent for exercising or walking your pet. There are three children s parks in the community as well as a community pool, complete with clubhouse and gym. After Hurricane Irma devastated south Florida in 2017, power in this community was lost for less than 18 hours. HOA covers outdoor maintenance. Tenant is responsible for indoor maintenance, ie: carpet/floor clean, air filter, and any appliance maintenance in the cost of $150 or less. Only one pet allowed (dog, cat, reptile) and would require pet deposit of $500. Rent is due no later than the first of the month. $150 penalty for rent received after the fifth of the month.
