Two rooms for rent in central Boulder!! Hello Boulder people! I'm looking for two people to join me in a large three bed, three bath house in downtown Boulder for a 12 month lease. My current two roommates are moving out, and the new lease would begin end of July. Rent for the upstairs room is $1,225 and downstairs room is $1,150. Two off street parking spots are available! No pets are allowed. There is no central AC but the house is shaded by a large tree. Both rooms available have attached bathrooms. I am looking for two 20-something young professionals or students. I am open to a group of two, or two individuals! 12 month lease with option to renew
