On a very quiet street, walking distance to all the shops on Wisconsin Ave, the D2 bus stops literally in front of the building and takes you right to Dupont Circle. It's on the 3rd floor and gets a lot of nice light in the afternoon/evening. It's a very quiet building, I hardly ever hear any of my neighbors. Rent includes garbage, gas, sewage, trash and water, not electricity, not internet. Please no pets. Rent includes heat, water, sewage, and garbage. Electricity and internet not included. No smoking anywhere in the building allowed. All the usual rental rules apply. Don't paint holes in the wall are OK as long as you spackle and repaint upon leaving. There is also a $150 move-in fee (the HOA, not me). Parking is free, you just have to register your address with the city (you do that process though). First month's rent and one month's rent deposit to move in.
