In that case, the tenant may park in the driveway as per an arrangement with landlord. Pets are not allowed on the property, and there is a violation fee that will be issued to the tenant for allowing animals in the apartment. Smoking or drugs (of any kind) is strictly prohibited on the property, and violation will result in immediate termination of the contract.
