You can't beat the location of this unit. -Dunn Loring Metro: 3 min walk -Harris Teeter: 2 min walk -15+ Restaurants (including one of the best sushi places in the area)/nail&hair salons/Ice cream stores : 2-3 min walk -Inova Hospital : 5 min drive -Tyson's Mall (one for the largest in the area) : 10 min drive -There is also a Korean Grocery store (Hmart) and a Chinese Grocery store (Great Wall) within a 5 min drive. -There is a dog park right next door to the unit. The unit will come with access to a recently renovated gym, half basketball court, pool area, grills, outdoor patio, a small study room and a large party room that can be rented out for private events, but is available to all when not in use. There is someone at the front desk from 7a to 11p 365 days a year for packages or other help. The unit also comes with one covered and one uncovered parking spot. We are looking for renters who do not smoke (or use ecigs or vape). There is an additional $150 fee per year for pets. (this is a condo association fee) If you would like to rent the apartment furnished, it would an additional $150 a month. We will not rent the apartment furnished to people with pets.
