You will cherish your Island time where the "livin is easy." 28 day minimum and 72 day maximum. Rent varies depending upon season. Local and State taxes not included. House Keeping is an additional / optional $200.00 per week. $500.00 pet / damage fee is refundable. 50% deposit required 60 days prior to final agreement.
