We live above and have made the apartment a place that we would also live in so it is well appointed with heated polished concrete floors, high ceilings with extensive soundproofing, stainless kitchen with honed granite counters & gas range & Bosch dishwasher. The en-suite bedroom has a king-sized Simmons bed with tile shower and vanity with quartz counter plus a large closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and closet with 2nd bathroom with another tile shower across the hall. The apartment is super cozy and includes cable tv with premium movie channels and WiFi! Excellent neighborhood for walking to Besalu bakery, Olafs pub, QFC grocery, buslines, the beach, the locks and all the fantastic restaurants and shopping in old Ballard!
